Allegra Roth
Allegra is currently a 2nd year graduate student at UC Berkeley working towards a Masters In Public Policy at the Goldman School of Public Policy (GSPP). Allegra has a background in climate and water policy, regional food systems, regenerative land management, and is interested in helping communities reclaim governance over the ecological systems that sustain them, including food production, land stewardship and water supply. Before attending GSPP, Allegra worked for the California State Legislature, in the district and at the Capitol, advancing environmental policies and strategies statewide. This led to her work at Community Environmental Council, a non-profit focusing regional climate change adaptation strategies for California’s Central Coast. Allegra enjoys all things food and community, and the web of relationships that connect them.
