Ben Satzman
Ben Satzman is a recent graduate of UC Berkeley’s College of Natural Resources, where he studied Conservation and Resource Studies and minored in Sustainable Environmental Design and Geographic Information Systems. Currently, Ben is a GIS Analyst at the Informatics and GIS Statewide Program under UC ANR. He assists the IGIS team with anything from workshops to custom cartography to back-end web map development. His background in environmental analysis, as well as his dedication to all things geospatial, situate him perfectly in this role providing GIS support to the broader UC community. In his spare time he enjoys screen printing, riding his bike throughout the East Bay and playing Scrabble with his friends (Yes, Xi is a valid scrabble word).
