An Do is an Evaluation Specialist at Food Insight Group, where she supports data collection, analysis, and dissemination of mixed-methods evaluation projects. Her work emphasizes community-based participatory research and cultural inclusion in food access initiatives. Prior to joining Food Insight Group, An contributed to projects at the intersection of public health, agriculture, and nutrition, including global research on cervical cancer screening behaviors and the development of pesticide screening tools for rural farming communities. She received her Master of Public Health in Food, Nutrition, and Population Health with a concentration in Food Systems and Applied Data Science from the UC Berkeley School of Public Health.
