Alicia Baddorf
As the Sustainable Supply Chain Coordinator with UC Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program (UC SAREP), Alicia Baddorf broadly supports farmers with pathways to market through food systems development. Her current and past projects include supporting market channel development for specialty niche crops, convening and coordinating technical assistance for food hubs, and engaging in farm to institution research. Alicia holds an M.S. in Community Development from UC Davis and Dual B.A. Degree in Sociology and French Studies from the University of Delaware. Alicia’s background includes roles with farms and food hubs in the areas of educational program development, farming, sales, marketing, and Community Supported Agriculture Management. Prior to joining UC SAREP, she advised small-scale farmers finding right-fit technologies to expand their marketing opportunities.
