Lena Brook
Lena Brook is Deputy Director at Fullwell, a Bay Area-based policy advocacy organization where she leads campaigns to advance values-aligned food procurement at public institutions and strengthen the food assistance safety net. Prior to joining Fullwell, she served as Director of Food Campaigns at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where she led federal, state, and market-based initiatives to advance agricultural practices that protect public health and ecosystems while expanding access to healthy food. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Health Care Without Harm and Clean Water Action. Lena currently serves as Environmental Representative on the California Organic Products Advisory Committee (COPAC), and is Board President of Camp Tawonga. In her spare time, she loves playing pickleball and mahjong, hiking with her dog and tinkering in the kitchen.
